Terms of Service for FinCoreNow

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any offering from FinCoreNow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services, Information Products and Goods

FinCoreNow delivers automated transaction solutions across three categories: Services, Information Products, and Goods. Each category is governed by the provisions below.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Cancellation requests for services must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Approved cancellations receive a refund via the original payment method. As an alternative, you may transfer the remaining term of the service to a qualified third party. Certain tailored setups require resource allocation and are therefore non-refundable; this ensures coverage of preparatory efforts and commitments.

4.2 Information Products

Requests for digital materials must be made within 30 days of purchase and prior to full access or download. Approved requests are refunded through the original payment route. After 30 days or upon full access, all sales are final.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment source.

5. Modifications

FinCoreNow reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

6. Limitation of Liability

FinCoreNow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any offering.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to conflict rules.
